Video: Ariana Madix Reveals the Connection Between DANCING WITH THE STARS & JUST IN TIME
Ariana Madix is back on Broadway, this time with a special twist. While her debut in Chicago on Broadway was in a traditional proscenium stage, playing 'Connie Francis' in Just In Time will have the audience all around her. In a new video interview with BroadwayWorld, the Emmy-nominated Love Island host reveals that the Circle in the Square's unique setup actually takes her back to her Dancing With the Stars days. "The setup actually reminds me a little bit of the Dancing With the Stars setup," she tells BroadwayWorld's Michael Major. "The dance floor would be where the cabaret tables are, so in feeling that and feeling the energy from the audience, being in that space, I think that will actually be really helpful." The world-premiere of the new musical THE PRINCESS BRIDE will begin performances in Chicago next summer at the James M. Nederlander Theatre, from July 19-August 22, 2027. Prepare to die laughing and fall in love all at the same time, all over again. The creative team...

Federal Judge Blocks Kennedy Center From Inscribing Trump's Name on Building
A federal judge has shut down the Kennedy Center board's latest attempt to put President Trump's name on the institution's exterior, ruling Tuesday that only Congress can authorize such a tribute, according to The New York Times. Judge Christopher R. Cooper of the Federal District Court in Washington wrote in his order that the center's leadership "cannot install memorials for President Trump or anyone or anything else" without congressional approval, the Times reported, adding that the board's resolution defied both a standing court order and federal statute. The ruling is the second setback in four months for the effort. The board - chaired by Trump himself - first added the president's name to the center's formal title in December, crediting him with securing $257 million for...
