INTERIOR DESIGN AND HOME IMPROVEMENT
Noor House / Marcos Lula
Casa Noor was born from the desire to create a home that, above all, reflected a family's daily life. Rather than a formal residence, the project was envisioned as a gathering place鈥攁 space for spontaneous interaction across generations. For this reason, we chose to omit a conventional "front door": access is direct and natural, eliminating formalities that did not fit the dynamics of the family and their friends. The architecture draws inspiration from the clean, light lines of Brazilian modernism, highlighting the expression of materials and revealing the home's structural honesty.

ARCHITECTURE AND BUILDING DESIGN
Dance, Music and Theatre Conservatoire in Massy / Dominique Coulon & associ茅s
The conservatoire lies on a road linking Massy opera house to a park. The tall apartment buildings that surround it seem to step back to give the conservatoire space. Indeed, only once you have walked well along the street Rue des Canadiens do you discover, almost surprised, the brick-toned, cube-like edifice. At first glace, the compactness of this block-like building does not suggest the true extent and complexity of its spaces inside.

Brazil in Focus: This Month in Architecture, Landscape, and Collective Practice
Across Brazil, architecture continues to take shape through different forms of practice, scales, and relationships with place. This month's selection looks at practices working beyond conventional architectural boundaries, collective approaches that reconnect design and construction, and projects that respond to landscape, memory, and community. Alongside recently completed buildings and public spaces, new cultural interventions inS茫o Paulo and Rio de Janeirofurther highlight how architecture intersects with art, heritage, and the wider urban environment.
