British police deploys drone volunteers to combat rural crime

Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary has launched a pilot project in which trained community volunteers use drones to support police officers during live incidents involving rural crime. According to the force, it is believed to be the first project of its kind in the UK. Five volunteers are currently taking part in the pilot. Read more
