22-year-old Kaysville woman with Down syndrome becomes certified fitness instructor

Aubry Alldredge, 22, of Kaysville, became the first individual with Down syndrome to become an UpBeat Barre instructor. She said she loves being on stage, giving options and making everyone feel included.
