Woman charged in mass shooting outside Minneapolis club

A 21-year-old woman was charged with drive-by shooting and second-degree assault tied to the gunfire that injured nine people outside the Reign Event Center in July. Prosecutors say the shooting was retaliation for an assault at another club.
