Cardano Foundation puts CIP-0113 token compliance standard live on mainnet

The Cardano Foundation said at TOKEN2049 that CIP-0113 is live on mainnet. The opt-in standard lets native token issuers freeze, seize and restrict assets, and the ledger itself enforces the rules.
