Kioxia Announces E1.L QLC-Based SSD Designed for Hyperscale Data Centers

Kioxia America, Inc. has introduced its first E1.L form factor SSD built with Kioxia BiCS FLASH generation 8 QLC flash memory. Designed for high-density 1U servers and read-intensive storage applications, the new Kioxia LD4 Series targets hyperscale data center-class workloads and scale-out environments. As data requirements continue to grow, hyperscale data centers continue to increase the storage capacity of their highest density systems.
