Pudgy Penguins' Abstract to shut Dec. 15, second Ethereum layer 2 to close in a week

Igloo, the company behind Pudgy Penguins, will shut its Abstract layer-2 blockchain on Dec. 15 after losing tens of millions of dollars, days after Blast announced its own shutdown.
